If you haven't seen the Data Breaker article in the new Stranger yet, here it is.

Dave Segal is a rad guy and if you feel like it, you should email him and thank him. segal (at) thestranger (dot) com

I have to say it wan another awesome show as usual! Even though it was hotter than hell, we still danced like none other and had a wonderful time. Good job! And thanks for the water balloons and spraying us with the hoses, it really helped to cool us down.

I think most people have figured it out by now, but if anyone is still confused:

"We are playing on SATURDAY the 24th... sorry for the confusion. The date was changed last minute. Spread the word! See you there!

Amanda and U.S.E.

PS... as far as I know we are playing early in the afternoon, possibly around 4-ish."

But this year's Capitol Hill Block Party may be even better than the last!!!

from CapitolHillBlockParty.com
July 24-25, 2004
Over 20 more bands to be announced...

The Melvins, The Spits, Cobra High, United State of Electronica, Sir Mix-A-Lot, The Long Winters, The Blood Brothers, Mines, Kiss the Camera, Tractor Sex Fatality, The Lights, The Red Light Sting, Mea Culpa, Black Belt, The Catch, The Girls, Scream Club, Bloodhag, Akimbo, Schoolyard Heroes, Senate Arcade, Smoosh, Beyond Reality, Onry Ozzbourne, The Blue Scholars, Popular Shapes, Astrayas

I am keeping my fingers crossed for them to announce some of the bands from last year - the divorce, minus the bear, pedro the lion, pretty girls make graves. It'll be fun to finally see The Blood Brothers, Schoolyard Heroes and Smoosh. And The Red Light Sting is always rad. Anyone know about any of the other bands listed?

Anyway, just thought I'd let you know about the show if you didn't already.
